1.Q:How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A:It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Beautoday Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
2.Q:I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Beautoday you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchase (subject to the date of receipt indicated on the express form), you can log in our website and initiate return application, and send the purchase to be returned to our warehouse after receiving the system’s confirmation e-mail.
Upon receiving the returned purchase, the warehouse would examine it within 72 hours, after that, it would send you via e-mail confirmation, and make refundment to your payment account in 3-7 working days;
If the purchase was considered unqualified, i.e. it does not meet the return requirements, we will inform you by telephone.

A: You can write a product review in with just 5 easy steps:
On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Customer Feedback section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review of this product’.
Once you click on that button you will see an image of the product, a text box, a rating section, and three sections on how the product fits. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you live, your email address and other brands that you recommend.
